A woman and her teenage son were shot dead near Daska. According to initial reports, unidentified assailants opened fire on 45-year-old Rukhsana and her 18-year-old son Saad. A police spokesperson said the deceased Saad had been accused in murder case and had recently been released on bail. Sialkot District Police Officer (DPO) Faisal Shehzad ordered immediate efforts to arrest the attackers. The police stated that the FIR would be registered on the complaint from the victims' family.
